By accessing or using Aero Veracity's drone compliance verification platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aero Veracity provides drone compliance verification services, including but not limited to Remote ID monitoring, waiver tracking, flight documentation, and compliance reporting. The Service is designed to help drone operators maintain regulatory compliance and provide proof of operations.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable FAA regulations and local laws
• Provide accurate information about your drone operations
• Maintain valid certifications and waivers as required
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate compliance monitoring and reporting, Aero Veracity relies on data from third-party sources including Remote ID broadcasts, FAA systems, and user-provided information. You acknowledge that data accuracy depends on the reliability of these sources and your own proper configuration of the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Aero Veracity and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERO VERACITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aero Veracity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
